Advisors Real Estate Asset Services, (AREAS), provides all-encompassing Asset Management services to its clients and partners in the overall oversight and direction of commercial real estate investments; property management with hands on operation of investment properties, brokerage services including acquisition, leasing, and disposition to meet the goals of the investment proformas. 


Additionally, we offer development services in repositioning, renovation, ground up construction, and major renovations. Lastly, AREAS provides capital arranging on equity and debt required to build the requisite capital stack.

Asset Management

AREAS builds a proforma and creates a business plan to meet the investment objectives. AREAS experience in the management of distressed assets, as well as, Class A assets, offers programs to activate underutilized properties and the redesigning of obsolescence into fashionable features drawing attention and intrigue to the asset with creative programming and capital necessary in today’s challenging market.
