Recommendations then include services from third-party asset management to accounting, delivering timely and accurate reports and addressing individual client needs.

With experience garnered from institutions including Equitec Financial Group, CBRE, Kennedy Wilson International, the Irvine Company, and Carmel Partners the AREAS team advises clients and partners in the management of commercial real estate assets in markets throughout the Western United States.  

Properties the team has managed include: 600 California Street in San Francisco, California, Plaza in Walnut Creek, 1 Broward Tower in Fort Lauderdale, Northwestern Mutual’s 1.5M SF Pacific Business Park in Henderson Nevada and the 2M SF Reno Sparks Industrial Park to prominent shopping centers and high street retail properties from Brooklyn to Santa Monica.

AREAS specializes in creating value through increased occupancy, rent growth, and expense reduction through efficiencies and aggressive management of operating systems, personnel and vendors. The result is increased NOI.

AREAS also provides financial reporting and accounting services utilizing primarily Yardi Voyager and AvidXchange as SOC1 compliant operating systems within the AREAS standard Operating Procedures.

AREAS represents investors in sales reinvesting them, typically though a 1031 exchange, into investments that better meet the investor’s goals and objectives utilizing AREAS unique Investment Selection Matrix.  The Investment Selection Matrix removes the guess work and subjectivity in the evaluation of multiple investments based on a customized investment criteria designed for each client.

Property Management

Investment property operations are equally divided between financial operation, reporting, and physical operations.
